Introduction

Welcome to InboxRobot (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including any generative AI functionality now powered primarily by Mistral AI for GDPR-compliant data processing.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use.

Payment Terms

We accept credit card payments exclusively via Stripe.com.

Services

We provide an AI-based solution for automated email routing and filtering, plus additional generative AI features (e.g., text generation) integrated through Mistral AI (EU-based).

• Mistral’s Usage Policy: For our generative AI features, you must abide by Mistral AI’s Usage Policy regarding prohibited content and activities. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate Mistral’s or our own usage requirements.
• Non-GDPR Option: If you select “GDPR-compliance: no, thank you,” your requests and data will be sent to OpenAI (a U.S.-based provider). We disclaim any liability for EU data protection compliance under this alternative.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by us is protected by copyright and other IP rights.

No User Content

Our service does not host general user-generated content, beyond the data you provide for automated email routing and extensive generative AI processing. You retain ownership of any input or output as per our Privacy Policy and Software Agreement, with the understanding that Mistral AI also has separate terms for data processing.

Prohibited Uses

You must comply with all applicable laws. Any illegal, harmful, or non-compliant uses (as spelled out in Mistral’s policies and relevant EU/GDPR rules) are prohibited.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account or access to our services if you violate these Terms, including Mistral’s Usage Policy where applicable.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and, where relevant, German law for localized transactions. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nuremberg, Germany.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the legally permissible extent. We are not responsible for any losses due to outputs generated by our AI solution (whether through Mistral AI or OpenAI).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from any third-party claims arising from your use of our services, including generative AI features, if you breach Mistral’s or our usage rules.

Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mistral AI’s commitments can be found in Mistral AI’s Privacy Policy.
